We worked with the City of Madison Community Development Authority (CDA) to build out the Mosaic Ridge Housing Development, a revitalization development in the Allied Dunn’s Marsh Neighborhood.

The development is just a few minutes from the heart of Madison.  It is close to bike trails and bus lines and the beltline is just several blocks away.

The house plans offered many options for families of all sizes, shapes and incomes. Mosaic Ridge included the complete package of affordability, quality, and convenience.
