MASTER SUITE ADDITION
Master bedroom suite addition above garage on 1929 brick Victorian home in the Dudgeon-Monroe neighborhood. The above-garage addition was insulated using closed-cell foam and heated with radiant in-floor heat in Gypcrete. The space will be cooled with a ductless split, heat pump.
